Return & Exchange Policy

This policy covers shawls sold by our store (Wool, Kashmira, Angura, Acrylic, Polyester). Read carefully before placing an order.

Return Shawls

Items are eligible for return or exchange only within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Free of perfumes, deodorant marks, pet hair, makeup or other stains.

If we discover a defect or damage that the customer did not report when requesting the return, the exchange or refund will be rejected.

Defective or wrong items

If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, contact us immediately and provide photos and your order number. We will verify the claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement, full refund, or free return shipping at our discretion.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, items may be exchanged within 2 days, provided they meet the condition rules above. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged.

How to start a return or exchange

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions; do not ship items before authorization.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked service.

Non-returnable itemsRefunds & processing time

Approved refunds are processed within two weeks after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible; if that is not possible, we will issue store credit.
Custom-made or heavily discounted clearance items may not be returnable. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping costs & duties

Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us. For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the return shipping cost. Any import duties or taxes paid for cross-border orders are not refundable unless required by law.

Rejection of returns

Returns that do not meet the policy conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer without a refund.
